Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same brand new condition and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at silverhavenjewelry@gmail.com. 

Once the return is received, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.

Damages and issues
All of our jewelry is carefully inspected before shipment and packaged with great care. However, in the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us right away. We'll be happy to evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.
